Pedigree grass-fed Dexter beef

​Here at Callender's Farm we keep a small herd of pedigree Dexter cattle that enable us to maintain a regenerative approach to our small farm, and also provide us with the ability to provide high-quality grass-fed Dexter beef boxes to our customers.

 

Dexter beef is well-recognised by high profile chefs for its tender texture and delicious flavour, and being only fed on grass (with no supplementary feed) it is low in saturated fat, and rich in natural vitamins and Omega 3.

With only a small herd here at Callender's Farm, we do not do our beef boxes very often, but when we do we supply them to our customers as soon as they are received from the butcher, making our beef as fresh as it can possibly be.

Each of our beef boxes contains 10kg of mixed cuts as follows:

 

1 x Top or Silverside Joint

1 x Rib or Top Rump Joint

1 x Brisket Joint

Diced Beef (~1kg)

Minced Beef (~2kg)

2 x Sirloin Steaks

2 x Rump Steaks

Braising steaks
